On June 7 of last year, Carlos Venegas, his wife, and children were camping near the beach and decided to head home after the tide rose. A couple of days ago, NASA gave SpaceX a $2.9 billion contract to make a rocket that will take astronauts to the moon for the first time in 49 years. Jeff Bezos, the founder of Blue Origin, has since protested. Two people who were riding in a Tesla Model S were killed in a fatal crash on Saturday. The crash occurred in a suburb in Houston, Texas. The brother of one of the victims told KPRC2 that the car was being taken out for a cruise and that the crash happened less than a hundred yards away. At 8 AM EST, SN11 lifted off in Boca Chica Village, Texas for a high-altitude test flight. The test flight was supposed to happen on Friday, March 25 but was pushed back to Monday only to be postponed again to Tuesday morning. An intense fog blanketed Starbase as lift off drew closer. SpaceX’s Falcon 9 launched and deployed 60 more satellites into orbit early Sunday morning. This mission has set a record of 9 trips for the Falcon 9 booster. This adds on to SpaceX’s previous record of launching 60 satellites into low-Earth orbit. That mission amounted to 1,021 satellites.
