An easier way to park has just been revealed by Elon Musk. According to Electrek, a “Vector Space” view of your car is one of the features in the Full Self Driving package. This new view will allow you to maneuver your car through tight spaces.

Now, how does it work? There are 5 to 6 cameras in different areas of the car. The cameras will then create a simulated view of the parking area.
This type of feature is already in Autopilot assist mode, but it does not have a clear view of the surroundings.
As said previously, the “Vector Space” feature is a part of the Full Self Driving Package, which, according to Electrek, has had an $8,000 price increase. This is a new feature that has been added to the package. Other items included in the package, which is included on the Tesla website, include Summon and Smart Summon, a beta version of the Traffic and Stop Sign Control and Navigate, Autopark, Upcoming, and Auto Lane Change.
Elon Musk has not stated when this new feature will be added to the package.
As someone whose parking is not always the best, I believe this new feature could help many people with their parking. Parallel parking is not a pleasant experience. Having a feature on my car that can show me my surroundings on the outside would give me a better idea of how close I am to other cars.
