According to Texas Monthly, Tesla has filed an application to Texas’s Public Utilities Commission to provide electricity this month. Tesla would give electricity to whoever needs it. The application was submitted by Tesla Energy Ventures. Tesla has started a “big battery build-out” near Angleton, Texas. This would give people 100-megawatt storage for Texas’s power grid.
