Elon Musk is now caught in the middle of Johnny Depp’s lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard. One of Heard’s friends claimed in a deposition that she, Musk, and Cara Delevingne had spent a night together in November 2016.

Musk, however, denies these claims, saying that he wasn’t romantically involved with Heard while she was married to Depp. He also clarifies a few other things in a statement he gave to Page Six:

‘Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this.

‘Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!’

Musk, after divorcing his wife Talulah Riley, dated Heard from 2016 to 2018. However, their relationship was sporadic, on one moment and off the next.

He went on to say that it’s best that the two of them end their battle right away: ‘Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!’

Cara Delevingne is yet to respond to the allegations.

The information about the claims against the SpaceX founder was taken from a video of Josh Drew (ex-husband of Heard’s friend Raquel Pennington) was questioned by Attorney Benjamin Chew about the actress’ relationship with Musk and Delevingne.

Chew asked, ‘Did Rocky [Raquel] tell you that Amber Heard was having an affair with Cara Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?’

To this, Drew said, ‘Yes.’

The next question was: ‘Did she ever tell you that the three of them – Elon Musk, Cara Delevingne – spent the night with Amber in November of 2016?’

Drew replied that he doesn’t know the exact date.

Chew pressed further, ‘Did she ever tell you in words or substance while Amber was still married to Johnny Depp, that the three of them, Amber Heard, Elon Musk and Cara Delevingne, spent the night together?’

The answer to this was yes as well.

Then, the question of whether the three of them were having a ‘three-way affair’ was asked, with Drew’s response being: ‘My understanding, yes.’

Drew and Heard were seen together just last year and the actress is even paying for his lawyer. Pictures of another woman, who looks like Delevingne, in an elevator of a penthouse owned by Depp were also published. They don’t have an exact timestamp, but they were published towards the end of 2017.

A deposition had also been conducted that year, and the head concierge Trinity Corrine Esparza alleged that the three of them were constantly seen together going ‘up and down’ in the elevator in 2010.

But what is going on with Amber Heard and Johnny Depp? Well, Depp is now suing his ex-wife for $50 million on the basis of defamation because of an op-ed she had published on the Washington Post, in which she said that she survived domestic abuse.

The article didn’t mention his name but Depp says that it ‘depended on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her’. The actor later said that Heard was abusive towards him. Both parties have denied allegations of abuse.

They divorced in 2016 after a year and 3 months of marriage, with the actress securing a temporary restraining order against him soon after.

The defamation lawsuit will be tried next year because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
